Allah (SWT) has abundantly blessed Pakistan with exceptional natural and human resources. Among these treasures is Kund Malir Beach in Baluchistan, situated within the breathtaking Hingol National Park, just 236 kilometers west of Karachi. Kund Malir is renowned for its unparalleled beauty, earning recognition as one of the most stunning beaches in the world, often surpassing the famed Gold Coast of Australia, which boasts long sandy beaches, theme parks like Dreamworld, Sea World, and Wet’n’Wild, as well as vibrant neighborhoods and a flourishing culinary scene.

Given its immense potential, it is proposed that Pakistan develop a tax free ‘futuristic autonomous city’ at Kund Malir, aptly named Diamond Coast City. This visionary city would be self-sufficient, featuring state-of-the-art infrastructure required for the residents for the next 100 years, including an international airport, magnetic levitation trains, energy-generating smart pathways, and cutting-edge facilities such as autonomous cars and flying air taxis. The goal is to create a sustainable, futuristic urban hub that embodies innovation and luxury while preserving the natural beauty of the region. This city should also be provided with all the world class sports facilities, so that in future it can easily bid for Olympics and other major international sporting events.
This ambitious project has the potential to transform Kund Malir into a globally recognized tourist destination, earning it a place among the world’s most sought-after travel spots. By showcasing Pakistan’s ingenuity and commitment to progress, the Diamond Coast City can serve as a beacon of opportunity, attracting international attention and fostering national pride.
This project can be built under the CPEC umbrella, which is expected to create huge employment opportunities for Pakistanis and experts from abroad, tremendously enhancing the GDP and give jump start to the national economy, as well.
