An excerpt from article of Dr. Minhaj Qidwai titled “Pakistan in a quagmire”.
“Pakistan is in a quagmire. The rival group of Mian Sb. are lining up to initiate a movement. Mian Sb., knows the reality of his election. To save Pakistan from this situation, the judiciary has to come forward and play its role. If Mian Sb., does not form the group of technocrats to evaluate the situation and come forward with a plan for implementation, the judiciary can take suo moto action and bring a technocrat body to bring reforms in Pakistan.
The current lot of politicians have failed to deliver for Pakistan. The time is running out for Pakistan. It is better for Judiciary to move now and take any action, rather wait for tomorrow, which may never come.”
