Few suggestions for the consideration of the ICC..!
Mr. David John
Richardson,
CEO ICC.
Dear Sir,
As you may have also observed that particularly on abrasive pitches, (in Test matches) cricket ball gets awfully scrubbed/roughed up and its upper layer leather is very badly damaged, in the course of play during 80 overs.
As such, it is suggested that like the ODI game, two new red balls may also be used in the Test matches, as well, which may be replaced after 100 overs of play.
However, the two review options available for the two contesting teams should be refreshed after completion of 50 overs.
Best Regards,
Syed Nayyar Uddin Ahmad
Lahore.
